St. Thomas Aquinas Five ways

the way I think is the most wrong is the first one: argument from motion. this way states that things cannot move them selves unless acted on by an outside source. I do not think this is true because if using this theory then how could the first thing to move ever move? there is no way to prove this. Also i can move myself, i have control, I do not think that this theory makes a lot of sense.
